Ahmed Nasser appointed to ITU Executive Board

ITU is pleased to announce that Ahmed Nasser of Egypt has been appointed to the ITU Executive Board. He replaces Li Xin of China who unfortunately passed away in October. Nasser, the founding President of the Egyptian Triathlon Federation, becomes the first Egyptian and Arab to ever hold a position on the ITU Executive Board. He also currently serves on the Executive Board of the African Triathlon Union (ATU) and has already been instrumental in triathlon’s development in Egypt and in Arab nations.
